FAQ's
1. What age do you have to be?
All riders must be 16 years and over. Riders under 16 years of age may come as a passenger with one of the guides.
2. Do I have to have a licence?
No drivers licences is required to ride on our quads.
3. How much experience do you need?
We cater for all levels of ability. If you haven’t riden before that is fine. Some level of practical awareness is recommended. We cater for all levels of fitness and riding ability.
4. Are your quads governed?
We do not govern the speed on our quad bikes. You ride at your own pace and to your own ability. We expect respect and responsibility from all our riders. As well as listening to all the instructions of the guides.
5. What do we need to bring?
You need to wear sensible fully enclosed footwear. Trainers or laced up boots are best. Long pants. Warm clothing in the cooler months. Sun-cream and a hat in the summer. Bring your camera to capture those magic moments. As well as a sense of adventure ready to have FUN.
6. What if it is raining?
We are an all weather activity. We operate year round 7 days a week. If it has been raining heavily we may not be able to cross all rivers.
7. What bikes do we Ride?
You will be riding 4 wheel ATV’s (quad bikes). We use Honda 300cc quad bikes
8. Do you have wet weather gear?
Yes we have wet weather gear- leggings, jackets and gumboots available for hire. If you require wet weather gear please let us know when you are making your booking.
9. Do I need to book?
Yes you must book in on all our rides. You can call Malcolm on 0274 908-964 to make a booking or send us an e-mail.
10. Can we take photo’s?
Yes bring your camera with you. We can also take photo’s or video for you at an extra cost. Just ask about our options when making your booking.
