Tongariro Quads offer unique quad biking rides through the Tongariro Forest Park.

We are located in the Tongariro National Park which is a world heritage area. We offer half, full and multi-day tours. Riding is all through scenic native bush in one of the most spectacular areas in New Zealand.

Many clients have rated the Tongariro Quads experience as the best quad biking ride in New Zealand. There are numerous photo opportunities along the way with spectacular views of Mount Ruapehu, Mount Ngauruhoe and Tongariro.

Tongariro Quads gives you the opportunity to traverse rocky riverbeds and navigate through rugged bush to reach ridge tops overlooking spectacular river valleys, with panoramic views of the mountains and surrounds. Our rides have awesome trails, major mud and mayhem, river crossings and trails to suit and challenge the best.

Malcolm is the owner/operator of Tongaririo Quads. He has been involved in the quad biking industry for over 15 years and has a world of experience. He is part of the expert panel in Quad Biking safety in New Zealand, and is also a founding member of the Quad Biking Association of New Zealand. Tongariro Quads is also a member of TIANZ.

Malcolm has a passion for the outdoors and loves taking people on quad biking experiences in this very unique area. He has a vast knowledge of the culture and heritage of the area as well. His experience is your greatest asset.
